Bag Policy
In order to prevent crowding at gates and expedite the entry process, Classic Christmas has adopted its Bag Policy. Bags meeting the following requirements WILL be allowed (including diaper bags):
- Soft-sided
- No larger than 16”x16”x8”
- In the event a bag must be searched, personnel will ask the attendee to remove items so the inside of the bag can be inspected
Bags NOT meeting the above requirements WILL NOT be permitted.
Pet Policy
Classic Christmas welcomes trained service dogs as defined under Titles II and III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), no other animals are permitted within the event. Service animals must be under the effective control of the handler at all times and all vaccinations for rabies and other common diseases must be up to date.
If the dog is found not to be housebroken, barking or lunging at guests or other service dogs or generally not under control by the handler the service dog and handler will be asked to leave the event without refund.
- Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA. As such these animals are not permitted.
Prohibited Items
Prohibited items include but are not limited to the following items:
• Ammunition
• Any outside food, beverages, or alcohol
• Aluminum containers, glass bottles/items, metal cans, thermoses
• Animals (with the exception of service dogs or other service animals trained to perform work or tasks for the benefit of a person with a disability or other service animal expressly authorized under applicable law)
• Bags larger than 10" x 8" x 10", Guests are encouraged to limit bags for event entry. Exceptions will be made for medical bags and diaper bags with a child. All bags will be inspected upon entry.
• Balloons, beach balls, and other inflatables
• Commercial camera equipment (lenses longer than the length of the camera body), including video cameras, tripods, and monopods
• Containers - aerosol cans (i.e. hairspray, sunscreen), aluminum or glass cans and bottles, flasks, thermoses
• Coolers
• Drones
• Face paint, costume masks, and any other costume that covers the head/face
• Firearms
• Fireworks
• Flag poles, PVC pipe and other poles
• Flasks
• Hover boards/skate boards/roller skates, roller blades
• Illegal substances
• Knives, including pocket knives
• Laser pointers/lights
• Luggage
•Noisemakers of any kind, including, but not limited to air horns, cowbells, and Thunderstix
• Obscene, offensive, or indecent clothing
• Stun guns/tasers
• Toy weapons- this includes water guns, toy guns, toy knives, etc.
• Weapons of any kind - guns, knives, metal tools, brass or plastic knuckles, stun guns, tasers, cork screws, box cutters, razor blades, scissors, etc.
• Wrapped packages
No Smoking
Smoking is prohibited inside Classic Christmas and there is no re-entry into the event for single-day ticket holders. Please plan ahead.
Ice Skates
• If bringing your own skates, please ensure they have blade guards on at all times and if bringing a bag to carry them ensure the bag meets the Clear Bag Policy restrictions.
• No Re-Entry is permitted for the events so you may not return to your vehicle after skating to store them. Please plan ahead.
Your Tickets
Please have your ticket QR code ready to display when you arrive. The QR code is located at the top of your order confirmation which you should have received via email.
You can also access your tickets by visiting your MyAccount located at the bottom of your order confirmation or requesting access to your MyAccount.
Manage Your Order
Manage your order all in one place. Easily add add-ons, change ticket dates, and change ticket times. Guests with Visit Protection can request order cancellations. Access your MyAccount located at the bottom of your order confirmation or request access through the Manager Your Order Link.
Visit Protection
In the case you need to change the date of your order, getting Visit Protection in your order will cover the $3 per ticket change fee however any change in ticket price will still be due. Date changes can be processed through your MyAccount up to 1 hour prior to your scheduled visit.
Please Note:
- Visit Protection cannot be added after your initial purchase. No Exceptions
- Visit Protection does not provide coverage for cancellations or refunds. Tickets are non refundable regardless of reasoning.
Changing Your Visit Date
Guests are welcome to change their dates through their MyAccount up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled event date. This is done through you MyAccount, located at the bottom of your order confirmation.
Date change fees are $3 per ticket plus any increase in ticket price.
- Guests who purchased Visit Protection: (applicable cities)
Date changes can be made up to 1 hour prior to your scheduled event through your MyAccount. Visit Protection covers you for the $3 change fees, however any increase in ticket price is still due.
- Guests who have purchased Sensible Weather: (applicable cities)
Date changes are not permitted as your tickets were selected for a particular date and time and sensible weather does not permit tickets to be transferred to new dates as the quote you were issued was for the particular date and time you selected originally.
Are Ice Skating and Snow Sliding Included In The General Admission Ticket?
No, ice skating and snow sliding are sold separately from General Admission tickets. You can purchase add-ons* for these activities during the checkout process.

Classic Christmas is a Cashless Event
In an effort to put our employees and guests safety at the forefront, Classic Christmas is a cashless event. Our events will only be accepting contactless forms of payment, including debit cards, credit cards, and mobile wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Arrival Window
Our Arrival Window is the earliest period of time you are able to enter the Classic Christmas venue. This is done to make sure that each guest has a magical experience and to avoid overcrowding when entering. Once you have entered Classic Christmas, you are able to stay for as long as you would like.
Although you are not able to enter Classic Christmas prior to your Arrival Window, if you are running a little bit behind, you will still be able to enter Classic Christmas once your Arrival Window has passed up to 1 hour prior to the event close time. However, we kindly ask that you try to arrive as close as possible to your chosen Arrival Window time.
No Re-Entry
Due to capacity limitations and the safety of our guests, Classic Christmas has a no re-entry policy. After you have exited the venue for any reason, re-entry will not be permitted.
Premier Pass Upgrade
Enhance your experience with the Premier Pass! Package includes:

About The Premier Pass Drink Ticket
The Classic Christmas drink ticket, provided to Premier Pass holders, can be redeemed for any 20oz Coke Bottled Product at Bars or Concession Stands.
Costume Policy
No face masks allowed. Guests who dress up are not allowed to pose for pictures or sign autographs.

Create magical holiday memories with a photo alongside Santa! Capture the joy of the season with this special moment at Santa’s Landing, conveniently located next to the Polar Bear Retreat and the Dance Floor. For exact directions, check out our Event Map.
Snow Slide Requirements
Enjoy snow sliding like never before. Secure your spot early to ensure your experience. Each Snow Slide pass comes with 3 rides down the Sip N’ Slide Summit. (Waivers required for all sliders. Guests must be 42” tall; single riders only.)
Accesibility
Our Classic Christmas events are accessible.
• Classic Christmas welcomes hand-pushed or power-driven mobility devices into the event, unless a particular type of device cannot be accommodated because of legitimate safety requirements. Where legitimate safety requirements bar accommodation for a particular type of device, we will provide alternative service where possible.
• Please Note: Classic Christmas does not offer scooters or wheelchairs for use or rental at the event.

Police and Security personnel will be present at all events. All guests will be required to enter though metal detactors and are subject to bag checks and additional wanding.
